Following the resounding success of Upskill 1.0 , where we empowered 15 tech enthusiasts with new MacBooks, this is the next chapter in our initiative: Upskill 2.0. Building on the momentum from the first edition, Upskill 2.0 promises to be even more impactful.
Upskill 2.0 is not just an upgrade—it's a redefinition of our commitment to the tech community. This time, we're expanding our reach: more participants will receive brand-new MacBooks to accelerate their tech journey. Additionally, we are introducing monetary benefits to further support their growth and development.
Why not? Tech is fun. We appreciate tech. And we are willing to encourage enthusiasts to follow that path so we don’t all go back to the stone age 😎.

We have broken the contest into four categories:
This category is for upcoming gurus in the area of mobile, frontend, and backend development.
This category is for junior product managers in the tech industry taking care of meaningful products.
This category rewards upcoming geniuses in the area of product design and graphics design.
This category is for rising stars in the world of content creation, be it video content (Social media creators) or written content (Writers).
Some of the winners, if willing, could be invited to join our growing team at Cardtonic for a full-time job contract.
